About Edoardo
Strategy & Innovation Adviser and Visiting Professor, helping leaders make sense of complex choices, define where their organisations are going and turn ambition into action.
My interest in business and management began during my undergraduate studies, alongside a broader question that has guided me ever since: what underlying principles determine whether systems function effectively and decisions lead to their intended outcomes? Early roles at EY and as COO of a digital start-up grounded that question in business—analysing organisations through markets and financial logic, then experiencing directly what it takes to build one.
That combination led me to strategy consulting in London, where I progressed to Project Leader at 3H Partners and advised senior teams across industries and geographies. Since 2021, my independent work has ranged from established organisations to innovation-led ventures, alongside sustained support for government-backed accelerators through programme design, delivery and founder advisory.
Alongside this work, I teach executives and MSc students at ESCP Business School, ranked fourth in Europe by the Financial Times, with a focus on Business Strategy, Problem Solving and Communication.
Professional experience, martial arts and travel through remote parts of the world have all deepened my understanding of the principles that enable systems to operate effectively across very different contexts. I bring that learning to every engagement, looking beneath symptoms to understand the underlying logic and translate it into practical choices people can own and execute.
