Who is responsible for your information

Edoardo Di Rosa is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and the Future Readiness Self-Assessment. Questions or requests can be sent to edoardodirosa@gmail.com.

What information is collected

If you complete the assessment, the information collected includes your first name, surname, email address, organisation name, answers and optional comments. If you contact me directly, I will also process the information contained in your enquiry.

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website use and performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting to collect usage metrics.

Why it is used

Assessment information is used to provide a copy of your responses, review the answers, send the promised personal interpretation and respond to any related enquiry. Enquiry information is used to communicate with you and consider potential consulting work.

Occasional insights, practical tools and relevant updates will be sent only when you separately choose the optional communications checkbox. You can withdraw that choice at any time by emailing me.

Services involved

Google Forms and Google Sheets are used to collect and store assessment responses and send response copies. Cloudflare provides website hosting, security and privacy-focused aggregate analytics. These providers process information under their own security and data-protection arrangements.

How long information is kept

Assessment information is retained for up to 12 months to provide the requested follow-up and understand the resulting professional relationship. Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage any resulting engagement and meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Mailing-list information is retained until you unsubscribe or it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information; ask for processing to be restricted; object to certain uses; or withdraw consent for optional communications. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
